Getting here
By TTC, the 501 Queen and 503 Kingston Rd routes stop at Queen St East at Woodfield Rd, a few steps from the door. The 22 Coxwell bus connects Coxwell Station on Line 2 with Queen Street East, a short walk from the studio. Service changes from time to time, so it’s worth checking TTC trip planning before you head out.
By car, there’s no private lot, but several Green P lots and street parking are a short walk away. Coming from the east? Our page for people travelling from Scarborough has the Kingston Road options.
Before you come
A few things that make a first visit smoother:
- Arrive on time: doors close five minutes after a class starts and late entry isn’t permitted.
- Bring smooth-soled shoes and change at the studio; avoid wet outdoor shoes or heavy treads on the floor.
- There’s a changing room and three private gender-neutral bathrooms, but no showers.
- The studio is adults-only (18+). Animals aren’t permitted during classes, except service animals, which are always welcome.

Bookings and cancellations
Packages and drop-ins are pre-paid and non-refundable, but they can be transferred to someone else. For group classes, cancel any time before the class starts to keep your credit. For private lessons, cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
